Asia Corporate Innovation Summit (ACIS) explores the many different ways Asian businesses can engage in Corporate Innovation together with leading experts and executives from many diverse industries across Asia. ACIS aims to help summit delegates discover concrete strategies to take corporate innovation to the next level and drive business performance.
Build Your New Engine of Growth

21st century corporations need to be innovative, agile and customer centered. That’s not a problem if you’re a disruptive startup. But what if yours is an established company with years of complacency and confined by legacy business? How do you make your company as innovative as a small startup?
It is too simplistic to advise established companies to act like startups. Large companies are not startups, nor should they strive to be. Nevertheless, big companies need to win today’s competition while inventing their future. For that, they certainly can learn from startups.
These are the questions
we like to answer at ACIS 2018:
“How can corporations engage in sufficient exploitation to win today’s competition while at the same time devoting enough energy to exploration to create their future?”

“How can corporations enable their employees to adopt founder’s mindset and to be more agile in tackling today’s challenges and build future businesses?”
